The 3 day/2 night package is the most prominent decision for climbing Mt Rinjani. Arrival Lombok – Transfers to Hotel
Arrival at Lombok Airport (LOP), or other port in Lombok as Lembar/Bangsal harbor, Tluk kodek or maybe from any main object tourist among (Mataram, Senggigi, Kuta Lombok, 3 gili (Trawangan, meno,air) and will pick up by our representative staff, then transfer to your hotel in Senaru where is the place you can meet with your trekking guide and porter then will briefing and explain the trekking procedure and prepare for your trips, Waterfall Singang Gile anf Tiu Kelep can be seen if you arrive min 1 hour min before sunset.
Estimate time:
- Lombok Airport – Senggigi approximately 1,25 minute by private car.
- Lombok – Senaru village approximately 4 hours by private car.
- Mataram/Senggigi – Senaru village approximately 2 hours.
- Tluk kodek/Bangsal harbor – Senaru village approximately 1 hour 25 minute
- Gilis – Bangsal harbor 30 minute approximately by public boat.
Day I Sembalun (1.150 m) – Sembalun crater rim (2.639 m)
The breakfast at 06:00 am in morning, make sure you got breakfast before climbing (you can request in our base camp freely). To reach starting point (Sembalun village) take forty five minute drive by car. We suggest you always to use sunblock cream, because you’ll crosses broad undulating grassland. There are some shelter in the trail to break, first shelter (Pos 1) lies on 1500 meters above sea level in Padabalong or one and half hour from base. The trips will be stopped for a lunch on second shelter (Pos 2), our team will prepare lunch with some menu. After lunch and rest we continue to heading Sembalun Crater rim (Plawangan Sembalun) 2639 m, walking time 3 hours. Trek from pos three to crater rim become steeper and steeper until the crater on 2639 meters, where a place with altitude sickness can occur in some people. Here you can see the sunset, Summit and incredible views.
Day 02: Sembalun Crater Rim (2.639m) – Summit (3.726m) – Segara Anal Lake and Hot Springs (2008) – Senaru Cater Rim (2641m).
We wake up at 02:30 am and have some light breakfast then leave at 03:00 am we startthe trek to heading Rinjani Summit (3726m). walking time approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes. The first stage is moderate climb for 120 minutes, while the second stage is fairly easy but long trek. The last hour is very steep and difficult. (there are many loose stones, and as you take two steps you will slip one step back). From the Summit, you can see all of Lombok island, Bali, Sumbawa and Segara Anak Lake. After sunrise we will go down to the Sembalun crater rim and have a hot breakfast. After breakfast and rest, we will go down to the lake and hot spring the trail down is very steep and slippery beware and extra carefully we need 3 hours to get in to the lake and hot spring, the lunch will explore the lake and swimming by hot spring soak in and healing your skin as medicine. After lunch the trip will continue to Senaru crater rim in 3 hours climb up mount with 650 meters from lake. And we will spend the night in crater rim, from here you can see wide screen of Rinjani, Sunset, Gili island from above.
Day 03: Senaru Crater Rim (2641m) – Senaru Village (601m)
After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise, and taking the picture with beautifully scenery of the lake we will go down to Senaru village for 4-5 hour back down and including break and lunch on the way between pos 2 or pos extra, then we will arrive at Senaru around 12.30 am to 13.00 then we will bring to your next.
